Source Plus, Inc. has been providing quality consumer products and sourcing services since our founding in 1998. It is our mission to provide our clients with the best design, engineering, distribution and sourcing services available and to help them achieve their goals. We believe the best way to achieve these goals is to work closely with our clients, listen to their needs and provide a comprehensive plan that is tailored to our clients' objectives.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Robert Tanko has served as our President since 1998. He has a BA degree in Marketing with over 30 years of marketing experience. Twenty of those years have been in product development, marketing, distribution, and finished goods sourcing, with companies like Anheuser Busch, DP Fitness, Igloo and Texas Instruments.
Rick Byrd has served as our Vice President since 1998. He has a BA in Industrial Design with over 30 years of design experience. Rick holds 7 patents and has designed a number of consumer products which have been launched and sold worldwide. He developed houseware products with Rival Manufacturing and exercise products with DP Fitness before assisting in forming Source Plus.
Bruce Coody has served as our VP since 1998. He has a BS in Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer with over 32 years of experience. Bruce holds 10 patents and has designed a wide variety of machines and products, from textile processing machinery to exercise equipment.
Lily Xiao has served as our Project Manager, now VP of International Sales since 2003. She has a MBA degree with 22 years of work experience in different industries. She is involved in all aspects of product development, project management, IPR management, sourcing and international sales and distribution.
